Great location. All the dogs looked happy and had plenty of space to be comfortable. They provide food and walks.
Nice enclosed field to let dogs run in, fence a tad low at around 5ft but ok for my two. Had a tour of the accommodation and the deluxe is excellent. Certainly will use when we need to board.
Great people and great place, but the kennel layout can be problematic for some dogs. Due to the layout whenever a dog is taken out for a walk they're paraded past all the others on the way. My old dog had completely lost his voice from this and was clearly stressed when I took him home.
Wonderful!! My dogs think they are going on holiday when we go to Lillyview. They are cared for impeccably by their staff and they are always prepared to listen to what your dogs like to do to make sure they are happy.Highly recommend
Disgusting service, avoid this place! Just been to collect our dog after being told to collect her anytime during the day, we travelled 1 hour to be told nobody is there till 3pm via the intercom, not happy with this we got annoyed, someone opened the gates and met us, this person came across as agressive and was more worried about him getting his lunch, he had no customer skills at all, we explained what we was told otherwise we wouldn't have travelled an hour to wait around 2 hours to get in, but we wasnt heard, we said sorry for getting angry but was told not to come back and to take our business elsewhere, that is exactly what we will be doing in the future! If you cant have customer service skills then don't try to run a business that involves customers!!!!!!!
